A common problem that many parents face here in Limassol is the lack of a quality after school provision. With our schools finishing as early as 1:30, many parents and carers simply can not get to their children at the end of the school day due to work commitments, busy schedules and logistical constraints. At Periwinkles After School Centre, we are offering parents complete peace of mind in the knowledge that their children’s educational, social and emotional needs are genuinely being catered for.
Open from 2:30 until 5pm, Monday to Friday, our centre not only offers its students educational support but also, uniquely, caters for their pastoral needs as well. Run by qualified and experienced teachers, Periwinkles offers the following to all our students:
- Tutoring 1-1 or in small groups
- Homework support
- Cognitive brain training
- Team building and collaboration exercises
- Sports and fitness
- Regular inspirational and professional guest speakers
Our unique bespoke daily programme ensures our students emotional and social needs are catered for and their educational needs are targeted by our experienced teachers. We pride ourselves on honest feedback to parents about their children’s progress and have built incredibly strong working relationships with all of our parents.

Each 90 minute Periwinkles session, encompasses our three signature programmes, which are individualised for the needs of your child.
Power Up
An award winning software program that trains and develops 43 mental processing skills. The structured program focuses on the underlying skills that allow children to learn such as, improving their memory, attention and problem solving skills. We also include a brain skills assessment at the start and at the end of the program to demonstrate the improvement in our members’ core cognitive capabilities.
LEVEL UP
A uniquely tailored educational programme for each individual child based on a consultation with parents. Our goal is to upgrade our members’ academic output; enhancing their strengths and levelling up their weaknesses. Crucially, Level Up can also act as an intervention programme in English and Maths helping your child grow in confidence and boost their self esteem!
TEAM UP
A structured programme of physical activities, puzzles and multifunction table games that provide Periwinkle members with the opportunity to both sharpen their logic and reasoning skills and enhance their social and emotional well-being. The crucial cross-training element allows for our members to improve their collaboration skills and form strong social ties with their peers.
